Terms and Conditions of Sale                                        Animals Exotique is USDA licensed.

Live Animal Sales:

All animals will be honestly represented to you. Baby, juvenile, adult and
breeding animals will be properly identified. When possible, the animals
temperament will be described accurately. All live animal sales are final
unless covered by our guarantee below.

Legality of various species:

None of the exotics that ANIMALS EXOTIQUE breeds are on the "CITES"
list of endangered or threatened species. Therefore no Federal Fish and
Wildlife permits are required. If you exhibit or are going to sell exotic animals,
the USDA APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) does require
you to be licensed with them and meet their standards. They have regulations
for the animal facility, animal welfare, veterinarian care, animal guidelines and
requirements. They also conduct unannounced inspections of the breeders

exotic animal as a pet, one does NOT need a USDA license. When buying
an exotic animal, by purchasing from a USDA licensed breeder, you are
assured that that breeder meets the rigid animal welfare and cleanliness
standard of the USDA. Many State and Local Government Agencies do have
laws on ownership of different exotic animals. Check with all appropriate
governmental authorities as to the legality in your particular area. Please do
not ask us if a certain species is legal in your area, it is impossible for us to
keep up with the individual animal laws across the country.

We will not knowingly ship an animal into an area we know is illegal, however
under no circumstance will we accept liability if the animal you ordered and
had shipped is in violation of local laws.

Our guarantee:

Unless specified or requested, all animals are babies. We keep them for
about 1 week after they are weaned to make sure they are eating well on their
own and to begin to socialize them. We offer a 3 day health guarantee on all
animals. This gives you sufficient time to take them to your veterinarian. We
guarantee that the animals we are selling are in good health and free from
congenital problems. If there ever is a problem, ANIMALS EXOTIQUE will
replace the animal or refund the purchase price of the animal at our
discretion. This guarantee does not include accidents, negligence, stress,
improper diet or any treatable or communicable illnesses. We take great
pride in our animals and their health. If you believe you have received an
animal with a congenital defect covered by our guarantee, we reserve the
right to have our Veterinarian speak or correspond with the diagnosing
Veterinarian prior to honoring the guarantee. To qualify for the guarantee you
MUST take the animal to your local Veterinarian for a check up within the first
3 days you have the animal and you must contact us by phone if there is a
concern. We urge that you do this in any event for the good of the animal.

Shipping:

We do not allow people to come to our facility. We have nothing to hide but
in today's society we no longer feel this is a safe practice nor do we feel it is
without risk to our breeding colony as you could accidentally expose them to
something.

Mammals: We ship using regularly scheduled airlines, this is the only method
approved for warm blooded animals by USDA. It is also the only humane and
safe way to ship your pet. Your new pet will ride in a climate controlled,
pressurized section of the aircraft and will be clearly labeled Live Animals and
as such are given preferential treatment by airlines personnel. You must pick
up your new companion at the destination airport within 30 minutes of arrival
are this guarantee is void.

We ship weekly from Houston Intercontinental Airport which has very good
connections to most of the country with most major airlines. Generally the
costs vary from $145.00-$240.00 per crate. If shipping rates vary from this
we will advise you prior to processing your order. All shipping rates include
an appropriate re-usable kennel and the cost of the Health Certificate issued
by our Veterinarian if required by the airline.

The shipping cost does not increase with the number of animals you
purchase unless you exceed the poundage set by the airline for that rate.

Animals are shipped only when we know you are ready to receive them.
Normally we ship on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Prior to shipping we will
notify you by email or phone with your airbill number and flight information.
We usually do this a day or two before shipping in order to receive a reply
from you indicating you have the flight information and are available to
retrieve the animal. If we do not have some form of verification that you are
aware of the incoming shipment, we will not ship the animal. It is important to
us that the delivery be coordinated well.

Payment

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Additionally we accept personal
checks, business checks, Cashiers and Certified checks, Money Orders and
Wire Transfers (requires additional $12.50 service fee imposed by our bank).
(Allow 10 business days for clearance of checks and money orders.) Credit
cards can also be processed over the phone. All returned checks are subject
to $25.00 returned check fee. Fraud and bad checks will be vigorously
prosecuted.
